Our team has a wealth of experience in the foreign property markets including many years in the timeshare and fractional ownership industry. In addition to this, we also have on board considerable expertise in all general business practices. This includes sales and marketing, financial control, property management, bookkeeping and accounting and a first class web design team. As with any large company, we have top rate lawyers and accountants to ensure that we comply with all of the current regulations.

We also have an excellent team of partners overseas who look after every aspect of The Fractional Club at each of the holiday destinations. They have all of the necessary experience to ensure that the properties are always maintained to the highest possible standards, and they are on-hand 24/7 in the event of any problems.

They have a local office which you are welcome to call to at any time during normal working hours, and there is an out-of-hours number available for you to contact in the event of an emergency. (You never know when you may lose your key or be involved in an accident.)
